Do you support an MSA or custom contract, or is it click-through Terms only?

Both options are available. By default, accounts proceed with click-accept Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and we invoice against that. If you need a custom contract (MSA or other paperwork), we can provide one for a one-time fee to cover legal costs.
