Can Cobalt provide contractor job-level data (permits, notices, associated contractors)?

Contractor job-level data (such as permits, notices of commencement, and lists of associated contractors) is highly fragmented. In some states, notices of commencement and similar filings are available at the state level (e.g., Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Utah). In many cases, however, the data is maintained at the county or city level, which means thousands of potential jurisdictions. Because of this complexity, Cobalt prioritizes starting with states or regions where requirements are standardized and demand is highest.
