For paid trials, Cobalt does not require a formal contract — we simply send an invoice and you can begin testing. For ongoing usage:

• Standard process: We provide our Terms & Conditions (click-through agreement) plus an addendum outlining your usage and pricing.
• Monthly plan with custom contract: If your legal team requires contract modifications, a one-time legal fee applies to cover outside counsel.
• Annual plan: Custom contracts are included at no extra cost.
