Can I lock in screenshot availability under my contract?‍

Yes. If screenshots are included at the time you sign your contract (monthly or annual), they will remain included for at least one year. Signing an annual contract also guarantees screenshots for the duration of that year. Because screenshots add extra cost for us to generate, they may be separated into a distinct pricing item in the future — but contracts signed before that change will have screenshot inclusion honored for the term of the agreement.
